STEP TWO: LIST, PRIORITIZE, AND SLIM YOUR GOALS

In today's fast-paced world, setting and achieving goals can be a challenging task. Whether you're striving for personal or professional growth, it's essential to have a clear plan in place to help you stay on track and motivated. This is where IT frameworks such as Scrum and Agile can come to your rescue.


It's time to create your board for 2025.


As mentioned, there are many ways to create your goal board, but I'll go through two examples:


  1. Tech Savvy: using this Trello board, list out your high-level goals.

  2. Low Tech: create a board similar to the above using sticky notes and paper. For now, just put your high-level, big goals on there.

Now let's prioritize. You can drag and drop, and really think about which 5-7 goals (or if it's feeling overwhelming, 3 goals) you can focus on in the first three months of the year.
